Buyer Beware

Paid for a Visitor List from heimtextil 2025. On payment the list was not provided on the day promised. When attempting to email a follow-up, my email bounced stating my email address was blocked, the persons Cell phone number was fake. When I registered a disputed payment though my bank, a week later I received a file over a week later, which I suspect is unverified contacts list. Again when attempting to make contact via email, my emails bounced yet again.

Hi John, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had. The “Mail Delivery Fail” notices you shared show the code “550 5.7.1 Message blocked.” That code originates from MailChannels, a widely used automated email security provider. When their system detects something unusual in a sender’s server reputation, it may temporarily block the message. This is an automated filter and not a manual block by anyone at VisitorsList. (A quick search of this code will show it as a MailChannels filter.) We have a standard delivery timeline for list delivery after payment. While your list was prepared within this timeframe, we acknowledge there was a miscommunication from our Business Development Associate about the timeline. We take full ownership of that error and sincerely apologize for the confusion it caused. For transparency, here are a few clarifications: 1. Contacting our team: Our representatives do not use cell phone numbers. Each team member has a direct extension listed in their email signature so customers can reach the right person directly. 2. Delivery timeline: Lists are compiled and validated specifically for each order. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after payment. In your case, the list was prepared and sent within this timeframe. 3. Refund processed: A refund has already been processed for your order, so you are not out of pocket while this is being addressed. Our specialist has reached out to you directly to help resolve this matter, and we remain committed to finding a satisfactory resolution. We’ve been operating since 2017, serving businesses globally, and maintaining our reputation for reliability is very important to us. Please feel free to contact if you still feel that your concerns have not been addressed, we are happy to help you. Best Regards, Customer Experience Team VisitorsList
