HORRILE ASSISITED LIVING FACILITY WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!! …
My former brother moved my mom to this assisted living facility last fall. Everyone there refuses to allow me to talk to my mom. I like in Texas and they're giving me the run around and they completely refuse to me to talk to my mom. I haven't talked to her since July. They are an extremely evil assisted living facility who DO NOT care about the wellbeing of their patients. My mom has dementia and she forgetting us and this assisted living fancily is making sure that she forget us. They have absolutely no compassion, no common courtesy and especially no emotional intelligence. They do NOT care about the wellbeing of their patients!!!!!!!!!!! I've called multiple times and they always give me the run around and refuse to let me talk to my mom, even going so far as to hang up on me.
