I had a problem with the interaction with my bank for the billing and it took awhile but PEARL is a trooper and stuck with me until we got it worked out. PEARL is an all-star!

Recently I needed help with downloading the new version of Virtual Shield. I was placed in charge of Technical Expert Tom. As I am not a "techo" myself he was extremely patient, guiding me through the process and solving problems arising from both my Computer and Microsoft. I considered his customer service and technical skills were excellent. I am a long term customer with Virtual Shield and am totally satisfied with both the product and their people.

I received an email that there was an updated anti-virus available to download and when I attempted to it was blocked. I was already running McAfee which I wasn't pleased with, so I deactivated it and was able to download the Virtual Shield one. Many thanks to the technician that helped me through this!

I’ve been using this product for a years now and I’m genuinely impressed by both the quality of the solution and the level of support provided. Whenever I had a question or needed help, the support team responded quickly, professionally, and with real attention to detail. They not only solved my issues, but also took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. The product itself is reliable, thoughtfully designed, and does exactly what it promises in a very straightforward way. It has noticeably improved my daily work, and I really appreciate how stable and easy to use it is. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional solution backed by an outstanding support team. Thank you so much!

Thomas O. is one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever had to pleasure to work with. It’s hard to get good customer service with other companies these days but it is always a good experience when I need to call Virtual Shield. The VPN works great, I’ve never had issues with that.
