Working with Dino and Predrag has been a great experience. They helped us find talented team members who were exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was their support after the hire—whenever any issues came up, they stepped in, handled the HR side, and took care of the heavy lifting so we could stay focused on growing the business. Highly recommend their team to anyone looking to build and scale with top talent.

We've been working with Virtual Workforce for 3-4 years now. And, we've used them to find a wide variety of candidates in the Balkans. It's been an amazing experience. The people who run this agency are doing business the right way. There's no hidden fees, everything is very transparent, and they're more than willing to resolve any issues in extremely efficient and professional ways. Throughout our multi-year partnership, I've been lucky enough to build repoire with the owners through not only countless phone calls and online meetings, but even in-person get-togethers. I can confidently say that these guys are competent, honest, helpful, and most importantly, extremely kind people. They'll do right every time by you, your team, and the employees that you hire through them. You really get the feeling that they actually genuinely care about your business and they work extremely hard to make sure your needs are met. Like any business, over the years we've experienced some trial and error with hiring. But, in every single one of these situations, the agency went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure that we were happy with the final resolution and that the business relationship was preserved. I 100% recommend VWA as an agency and 110% vouch for the integrity of the owners.

Working with VWA has been a game changer for my business. They made finding high quality, professional staff super easy - taking all the work of interviewing and reviewing CVs off my plate. I've hired several people from Serbia through them and I couldn't be happier with the level of caliber of the staff they found. Would definately use them again.

We hired our marketing manager through Virtual Workforce Agency over a year ago and she has been an outstanding addition to our team. The placement process was smooth and they took the time to understand exactly what we needed. If you are looking for reliable, talented remote staff I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We needed a law clerk/brief writer and VWA stepped up. We heard about them from another friend. We are in an area where it is difficult to find a local law clerk. We interviewed several candidates and found the perfect one. He is an excellent writer and has legal credentials to support his expertise. VWA is great to work with.
