Stuff was missing from the box
I purchased a digital picture frame from Viperspace. When the frame arrived, the box listed as an included accessory (and showed a picture of) a remote control. The manufacturer website also listed a remote as an included accessory. Took the company a week to respond to me, then was told the remote was an optional accessory. But all of the accessories listed on the accessory page were included in the box EXCEPT the remote. I'm very unhappy with how I was handled - most of my e-mails were answered in single sentence replies and were extremely dismissive of my concerns. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!
