Vinyl ImaginationReviews of vinylimagination.com

Vinyl Imagination is worthless. Do not order your vinyl graphics from this company! They sent me the wrong graphics with no remediation. Please learn from my mistake!

Refuses to replace his mistakes, wont honor his replacement gaurentee had several emails going back and forth and wants me to pay for the replacements. Refuses to refund me either so filed fraud charges against him to get my money back hopefully.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered hood spears for my 2017 mustang gt and they came in way bigger than the factory ones, and the cut out letters looked terrible! When I contacted the company I got the big F you not our problem reply. They don't state the size they say, so tough luck your loss. I repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! unless you don't care what your car looks like, then feel free to order 2nd rate vinyl.

My decal got shipped 3 weeks late. Came in and did not fit the mold. They would not refund and their communication is that of a street level (lack of) customer service. Very rude.

This company has got to be the worst company ive ever dealt with. Not only did they fail to send my proof email to me like they said they did, the tracking number they provided me with was a false number. when confronted about the number they said it is what is is and will be to you shortly...WTF!!!! Never buy from this company you will be dissapointed!!!!
