SCAM! Avoid Completely
This place is a complete scam. They sent me a vinyl that was terrible quality and barely playable (spent $231). I contacted them the same day it arrived, but they waited until after the return window had passed to even reply. After I sent the proof they asked for, they never responded to another email and never returned my calls. Do not order from this company.

Hi Maya, First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm genuinely sorry the record didn't play the way you hoped. I'd like to clarify a couple of things for anyone reading. We replied to your first message on August 11, and every email we received from you got a response from our team. I'm sorry if it ever felt otherwise. Because a chargeback was opened with your bank, the case is now in their hands. We've submitted our complete records and evidence, and we're respecting their process while they review it. Once a chargeback is filed, only the bank can decide the outcome, so that's where this has to be resolved, however much we'd like to settle it directly. We're a small team and we're not perfect, but we take every record we press and every customer seriously, and we work every day to do better. If you'd ever like to talk to us directly, we're easy to reach at [email protected] Wishing you a good day, Maya. Vinyl Creatives
