Mac買い替えのため、認証解除試みましたが、サポート側でのリセットが必要とわかり、早速メールしましたが 翌日、すぐ返信頂き、新しいMacで認証できました。 古いMacをすぐ売却でき助かりました。

こちらのミスで 登録コードを削除してしまい 再発行の依頼をしたところ 迅速に対応して頂きました 製品も使いやすく問題ありません 長く愛用して行きたいと思います

It was great, I had a pile of videos that I wanted to watch by computer without having to have a dvd /cd disk attached. It was fast and accurate. I thought that I wanted to change where I was using it and asked for help getting it registered. Support responded quickly and was polite and helpful. Thanks for a great product! Lynda Cromar

Excellent service with super fast responses. Support replied quickly and even followed up by email to make sure everything was resolved. I’m on a lifetime plan and after reinstalling on a new PC my license stopped working, but they fixed it right away. Fantastic software—highly recommended!
