VerticalRent®Reviews of verticalrent.com

Did they close down this service?

I've been using Vertical Rent for 3 years, it's an excellent tool for managing rental properties. Do away with the excel spreadsheets, trips to the courthouse for eviction verification etc. Vertical rent has made it easier to streamliner our operations.

Loved their services! Extremely helpful

What an awesome way to make rental property payments, wish everyone used this !!! 5 starts for sure and it helps build your credit!!! Win win for both parties!!

I’ve been using different tools on the VerticalRent platform since 2017. The platform is easy to use & User friendly. I find it professional & fast. The advertising hub does all the work & I am able to use it on the Go! I can’t say enough about this platform & how it has helped my business to grow. Kind Regards Deborah Adams

Simple, quick, and reliable. I was able to screen 5 applicants in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to other landlords!

My family has been using VerticalRent since we launched the software a few years ago to screen our applicants. The credit reports are comprehensive and the criminal/eviction reports are accurate. I am the owner/co-founder of VerticalCloud, the company behind VerticalRent. We are going to ask our customers to begin providing their unbiased review of our software on TrustPilot.
