Our maintenance department could not assemble our order because we were missing one small part which took nearly two weeks to get...when I requested the part by name and my order number, I was advised to send a picture of the missing part....I sent a link to your instructions on your website...really! It was a long process and delayed our ability to use the product, which is actually very nice.

I purchased these items because the website said they were in stock and would ship within 1-3 days, yet today I received an email that they are out of stock and not available until later next month which does not work with my timeline.

I found that the instructions were very sub par and the qualify not what I expected. the screws that hold everything together are way to small and some were stripped out. I would like to return it all if I could. i only put the one unit together and gave up.

Panels delivered to wrong address - delivered to Key West, Fl not St Augustine, Fl - I contacted customer service immediately following order showing incorrect shipping address - did not get reply, items shipped and customer service at Versare told me there was nothing they could do about it - now I need to figure out how to get these panels from Key West to St Augustine, FL
