Product is still in its original packaging because we did not need it afterall. I tried to return within the 30 days, but they only have a 10 day return window.

UPDATE: Excellent customer service! Within 24 hours of posting the initial review, Versare reached out to resolve the issue. INITIAL REVIEW: Decent panels, but the heads of the wall mounting screws didn't fit inside of the hardware that holds the panels on the wall. An unacceptable oversight, in my opinion.

The panels are easy to assemble, although slightly confusing at first without written instructions. You definitely need 3-4 people to assemble.

Customer service was very helpful and ordering was easy.

I had a great experience at the customer service level. The end delivery was somewhat challenging, but that's what happens when you rely on a third party to deliver a product. My employees are really enjoying the flexibility of using the dividers for creating space to deliver programs to our autistic adult clients.

The products that we ordered from Versare are serving their purpose well. Our office has more spaces and privacy, and there's enough sound-blocking to help us with productivity. Between a damaged delivery, a slow start to the second delivery, and a missing packing in that replacement, it took about a month to get everything delivered. Getting through to customer service and getting replacements ordered was not impossible, but a little clunky.

I was able to order once I found what I was looking for. Still waiting for order to ship. Wished I had seen it when I placed the first order.

A great product. Only one recommendation, while it is nice to be able to join partitions together, a solution to the annoying Velcro flap to lay flat out of the way until needed would be wonderful.
