Easy ordering, good product. They were a tad tall so had them cut 4 inches. Our desks butt up to each other so the privacy and clean look is wonderful. The 20% markup for shipping almost made me not order. But, these are stil less expensive than fabric panels so we're happy.

The shipment was unloaded by the driver, but he was not able to get the pallet through the doorway. I paid extra for that service, but the driver couldn't oblige. I loved how easy it was to put the dividers together. The only complaint is that there is a slight difference in colors on the panels. Perhaps a different dye lot.

The online ease of ordering was a great point. Drop downs to determine what you need. The only issue I had was finding the color that had been ordered in the past. It was not one of the choices at first and then it was added.

I'm impressed with the room dividers. The quality is pretty good, the fabric is really nice, the metal work is very good, and they fit our need really well. There were a couple of panels that had wrinkles and ridges in the fabric when we unpacked them, but we're going to use them as is.

Their Customer Service contact was able to resolve my tax exempt issue right after my purchase.

Shopping experience, 5 stars. Product is very well presented/laid out, information is available. I had zero questions as a shopper. Editing my cart, is where the 4 stars comes in. It was not user friendly to add or reduce pieces already in my cart. Even when I adjusted and refreshed my web browser page, the changes sometimes did not take effect. It was easier to trash the entire cart and start over because I had to adjust all 6 quantities of items in my cart. I will review again after the products arrive.

I like the product. Ordering on the website had some issues. It kept changing the totals of items ordered and it wouldn't allow me to update the totals in the cart. I had to delete the items and re-enter them.
