Wrong color item delivered. Very expensive shipping as it is, but to get the only 2 items and both being the wrong color is disappointing. On larger order, 1 of the 20 something pieces was cracked, so I guess 95% quality might be the new standard in manufacturing.. Was hopeful for better quality items.

When I tried to connect the newly-bought one to the preciously installed one, its middle part won't stay flat - either in or out a little bit. It looks the hinge somewhere might be tilted. I have no exact idea but I can't keep the bottom line straight. Neither the top line... This is a church and the partition is important to divide the fellowship space from the worship space. I do not want to bother myself returning it, and just leave it unsatisfied.

Like the product-but logistics was a nightmare. Because the trucking company only has large tractor trailers, they would not deliver to us. Had to drive to the depot and pickup myself.

Had done business 2 years ago, no problem. Had an order that needed to be processed the day submitted and was sent email stating that our company had to complete more paperwork before the product could be pulled. Needless to say I couldn't complete my order so had to drop it and go with another company.

This was the second time I ordered from Versare. The first time, two years ago, the shipment arrived damaged. They responded relatively quickly and replaced the damaged pieces. I just ordered again, and the shipment once again arrived damaged and missing pieces. When I pointed out the problem, again, I was told that it was hard to find good shippers these days. When I reminded Versare that the first time it occurred, there was no pandemic, I got a "oops, sorry". They did act relatively quickly to fix the problem, again, but did not offer any compensation for my time and effort dealing with these issues. When pressed, they offered me a $53 credit off of a $1500 order. Not impressed and will not be ordering from Versare again.

Delivery persons were very helpful. Quality of fabric & 360 room divider high quality. Unfortuneately had poor experience w. staff ment to aide customers. Pls note 2 end stabilizer panels of 360 divider are huge. Which was not apparent to us @ time of purchase via website. & now stuck w.divider not fitting the office space or MacGyvering own solution. Not a great experience overall I'm afraid to say:(

Disappointed I was not able to speak with an individual 5 minutes after I placed my online order. In error I ordered an extra panel, realized immediately and was told my order had not processed yet so they could not correct. Never received a follow up. So I paid for and received an item I have no use for. Customer service is lacking! You are very clear all sales are final, however, you also state to immediately address any error in ordering. I did.
