The Versa Desk seems to be working very well. Our only problem is that the thumb screws that attach the shelf were not in the original package. So we had to wait another week to begin to use the Versa Desk. I have only used it for about an hour. My only concern is that when I put it back down, it stutters on the way down.

Product is great. Although it was easy to assemble, directions are always nice to have, just to be sure.

I love the versatility desk. Definitly era me moving and keeps me energized. Only thing was I ordered the cherry color desk and I received black. I kept the desk since I had to travel for work right after I received the desk but beware when you receive your order

The VersaDesk Power Pro performs excellent with the single Apple monitor. The Dual OmniView Monitor arms do not perform as well as I expected. There is no way to lock the swivel point on the T-arm and the dual monitors move quite a bit when raising and lowering the desk. This requires the monitors to be repositioned after each move.

I bought a Versadesk a couple of years ago - in white - and loved it. When I received it I took it out of the box, put it on my desk - ready to use. That versadesk got passed on to my assistant and I got a new one. This one I had to put together ( the keyboard shelf). The direction were not the best I've ever seen, but we got it done. Call me lazy but I like plug and play. I also miss the white version. Other than that I still love the stand up desk.

I love this desk. It is easy to use and easily supports 2 monitors and was easy to set up. My only complaint is I was one screw short in the pre packaging and did not have the tool included to install the ones I received.

I always got duplicate emails which was annoying and I got charged twice which they corrected but it was still annoying. The product itself is awesome.

The product is GREAT. However, dealing with sending them your order online, then filling out paper and having to re-send it was a huge pain - it's a major downside and needs to be addressed.
