VersaDeskReviews of versadesk.com

This is a fabulous desk! Solid, attractive and easy to use. It would be 5 stars… but the descending speed is very slow. Ascending is fine, rapid and accurate, the the descend is really sluggish. It’s probably designed that way to avoid collisions with desktop paraphernalia, but still… so… 4.5. Otherwise, great desk for the money. Very happy.

My first order of the desk came damaged but it did get replaced, however it did take awhile

The Versadesk is nice in quality. Set up was fairly easy. Con: no drawers or storage... just an expensive flat desk that you can sit or stand at.. I was told, "if you want a drawer, you can join our mailing list, then you can see if we ever make one.."

While this is a great addition to my home desk, there is a slight (ever so slight) design flaw. While using it the upright position, there is no movement side to side (which is good), but there is some movement front/back which causes my computer monitor to wobble a little while I'm typing and/or applying pressure on the keyboard. Having brackets/lifting also placed between the front/back will reduce that movement.

Great product! I've had the electric standing desktop for about 5 months. Works great. Very study. I have a laptop, two Apple Thunderbolt displays (27") and a 24" display on it. And a small pair of speakers and a monitor mounting bracket. Everything is neat and organized. Only complaint is it took awhile to get it. I had to check back with them a few times. This was due to backlog with COVID-19 and everyone suddenly working from home.

It took 3 weeks for VersaDesk to ship my PowerPro 36" which was purchased during the Memorial day sale. Fortunately, since I live in CA, it arrived on the 2nd day after shipment. I'm very happy with the purchase, but I was frustrated by the slow turnaround time. It's not often that you spend $400+ and don't get the product for 3 weeks. I contacted their customer care via the Chat function on the website a few times but I was never given an estimate regarding shipment. Finally, when I called them the second time, someone told me when they would ship it out the latest and it was exactly on that day that I received the update with the tracking information. The company has a great product, but they'd do well with better service and quicker shipment

Versadesk has a good customer service department. I especially liked how their engagement platform integrates with their email server. What this means is that if I want to add a note to the service engagement I can just respond to the email. This is the way all companies should run their support. I ordered the single monitor product to use with a large, single monitor. But the unit that was delivered to me contained the two monitor version. Fortunately, the single and dual parts are interchangeable adapters. Versadesk's solution was just to mail me the single monitor adapter. I was happy with the outcome. The only criticism I have for Versadesk is that their fulfillment quality assurance is lacking. There were two separate QA misses in my experience. (1) They sent me a model with the wrong adapter initially. QA would have caught that. (2) The single-monitor adapter shipped later without one of the hex bolts. When the package arrived the adapter only had two fastened bolts on the unit. A third was loose in the package and the fourth was missing. Since I already had the dual-monitor part, I took a hex bolt from that unit. Again, basic QA should have caught that. Actually, it's pretty nice to have both adapters for the price of one but I am much more efficient with a large single monitor rather than two smaller ones and I don't anticipate ever using that part.

Pros: Stable, right size, and so far I've used it every day this week. Cons: Butt is numb after a couple hours because seat is miserable. Everything is in kilometers although it appears that it can be in miles. Directions are horrible and even the lead tech from IT department couldn't figure out how to switch it.
