I arrived at my destination only to realize that the paper work I had was not for the car I had. Luckily I had no need to show my registration documents.

Do not like the sales pitch to buy insurance. The company had some difficulty collecting money from my insurance company. Verc called me to put the pressure on my insurance company to pay up. The rental car was acceptable but much less car than what I am used to. Usually when I need a rental car I am in a critical situation and Verc is handy.

DON'T USE THEIR CAR AND PASS THRU A TOLL BOOTH. THEY QUADRUPLE IT!~!

We were charged a $25 toll fee for a road in Concord NH . We were coming from Mass. Staff was nice, but held firm on no full refund. they refunded $10. Will probably use again, but now we are more informed.
