At Velvet Vogue, pets aren’t just part of our family—they are at the heart of everything we do.My name is Michelle, and for more than 30 years, I owned and operated a physical store. After decades of helping customers face-to-face, I decided to begin a new adventure. One year ago, my husband Jacob and I brought that same personal care and dedication online, together with our sons, Liam and Tylor. Our love for animals began long before Velvet Vogue. More than 15 years ago, Jacob and I ran a dog shelter, where we cared for dogs in need and helped give them the love and safety they deserved. That experience made our passion for animals even stronger.Today, our home is filled with nine dogs, three cats, chickens, fish, and several other animals. Somehow, they all get along—and our home is never boring! At Velvet Vogue, we carefully select practical, comfortable, and stylish products designed to make life better for pets and easier for their owners. Nothing makes us happier than helping families create joyful moments with the animals they love. When you shop with Velvet Vogue, you’re supporting a real family with a lifelong passion for animals. From our family—and our many pets—to yours, thank you for being part of our story. With love,Michelle, Jacob, Liam & TylorThe Velvet Vogue Family

I sent a message to return the item I bought and there has been literally zero customer service. There is no phone number and no response from email I sent which is how they said to start a return. Be sure you want before buying!!!

I sent a request to change the delivery address as soon as I placed the order. I didn’t get any response and now the package is sipped to the wrong address and I have little recourse to recover it. I wasted 80$
