Amazing product! Planing to upgrade from E1pro to E2pro!

I was looking for a camera to record my vacation trip. I decided to go with a dash cam instead of an action cam. I studied the specifications of the various manufacturers and read reviews and comparisons. I ended up choosing the Vantrue Element 1 Pro. Since I wanted a suction cup mount—which was only available on the Vantrue website—I ordered it through the official online store. I lost track of time while researching the products, and since I had a fixed deadline for when I wanted to use the camera, I overlooked the possibility of a longer shipping time from overseas. I’m living in Austria. I contacted the customer service help desk by email and received a reply within 12 hours stating that delivery would take 5–9 days. I asked them to ship my order as a priority. They promised me they would do it that way. In fact, I received the camera in 6 days, even though a weekend fell in between. I can only say that the support team is friendly and professional. Installing and configuring the dashcam is easy and well explained in the user manual. I've already taken it for a few test drives and am impressed by the video quality. The camera itself also makes a very good impression. All in all, I highly recommend the Vantrue E1 Pro. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and would love to see this level of customer focus at every company. Best regards Peter
