Great dashcam. I have the N2 Pro. Helpful customer service.

I bought the Vantrue E1 Pro kit, which includes the power cables and two mounts: one fixed and one suction-cup style. The bayonet mounting system is very convenient, allowing me to use the camera in all my own cars and occasionally in others as well. The camera has been very useful; a few months ago, it proved I was in the right during an accident I was involved in. Without the camera, there would have been no way to definitively prove the other car was at fault. I also want to thank the support team; when the suction cup on the removable mount stopped sticking to the windshield, they suggested a few fixes first but ultimately decided to replace the part under warranty. Truly a great product and excellent customer service.

I’m very happy with my Vantrue dash cam and especially with the hardwire kit. The hardwire kit allows the camera to stay active in parking mode, which gives me much more peace of mind when I leave my car parked outside on the street. I also really like that when someone gets close to my car or accidentally hits it, they can see that the dash cam is active because of the green indicator light and the screen. This makes me feel even safer because people know that the car is being monitored. The camera works very well, the video quality is excellent, and the parking mode is a really useful feature. I also contacted Vantrue Support with a few questions, and I was very impressed with their service. They responded very quickly and were friendly, professional, and very cooperative. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the dash cam and the hardwire kit. I would definitely recommend Vantrue to anyone looking for a reliable dash cam with a good parking mode.
