Absolutely scam do not start any activity with them.
Once you get to withdraw they will find lots different fees to charge ore make ridiculous requests like sharing you CRA account login. It happens to me. Do not get involved with them Scam big time. If you bring people in and do invest more and more more money. They will let you even withdraw. But don't get deceived. They will keep your money on the end.
