I am using Outlook 2013 for my email program. Receiving and sending emails was painfully slow, (15 min for a 1 MB file). That forced me to have to use a hotspot from my phone to run my internet program. Janie resolved that issue and now my internet is running as it should. Very happy with the work Jamie and USTech did for me.
