Skilled developers, awesome communication, fast turnaround times. The service has saved me so much time - so I can grow my business! Really trust the team and if any issues come up, they're working fast to resolve it. Also love the ease of ordering with their portal. Super happy customer :)

Great work! We have been working with Work Hero for about 6 months now and has been great! We get last-minute IT support requests from clients that need fast action, and technical knowledge, and Work Hero have helped us incredibly with managing work loads and helping with technical challenges! They are very professional and I definitely recommend them, especially for smaller agencies who need an extra helping hand!

They are an honest and phenomenal team. My managing partner tested them out after finding them on an FB ad. I was very skeptical and he insisted on giving them a try. I was working with another company at the time and when I acquired my managing partner's company he raved about them. I can tell you this, THEY ARE WORTH IT! I am glad I signed on board!

I've been using Work Hero for about five months. Their work is amazing. I have to admit that I was skeptical about turning over my web development and maintenance to an outsourcing company. But they have proven themselves to be an essential part of my team. Their work is fast, efficient, and professional. I am amazed at the quality of the website development. They continue to surprise me with beautiful sites and redesigns. They are truly an essential part of my team. Each month gets better and better as I get to know the skills of each team member. The platform is easy to use and track progress. It is one of the best decisions I've made for my business in a very long time. Love it!!

I've been creating and managing websites since 2007, and almost gave up so many times... Then WorkHero comes along with the skills and solutions that I wish I'd has so long ago - actual experts with real experience, from design to maintenance to SEO, who are willing to take on the tough work. Forget Upwork and such, WorkHero is the ONLY place to go if real results are important for your business. Kevin, Paulo, Ella, Divina, John and everyone at the WorkHero team, thank you for making my job so much easier!

Running a web and SEO agency has its highs and lows. I've experimented with various outsourcing platforms over the years, and while some were decent, they could have done better. Then I discovered Work Hero, and it was a game-changer. From the outset, I was struck by Kevin's approach. As the main guy at Work Hero, Kevin gave me a thorough walk-through of their services. He provided clear, concise answers, highlighting a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The order portal they've set up? Top-notch. But where Work Hero shines brightest is undoubtedly their team. They've covered a range of tasks for me – from SEO nuances to more deeper development challenges and WordPress intricacies. Their standout quality? When instructions are a bit ambiguous, they don't hesitate to seek clarification. They aim to get it right, and they typically do – the first time. A special mention to John Ray, Jorge, and Djofil. Their expertise, combined with swift response times, has made collaborations both efficient and enjoyable. One more thing: Google Search Console and its pesky issues have always been a thorn in my side. Fortunately, Work Hero's team has adeptly handled those, freeing me from tasks I’d rather avoid. Having tried other platforms for design tasks with mixed results, finding Work Hero for development feels like I've struck gold. For agencies looking to bolster their operations, Work Hero strikes the right balance between professionalism and a relatable touch. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful company. I used Work Hero on a subscription basis for over a year and felt they did wonderful work on managing updates and fixes on multiple Wordpress websites. This freed me up to do other content work and scale my business. They are honest, communicate well, and fast. Canceling was easy. I look forward to working with them again when I need them!

Work Hero has lifted so much stress from my life! I am a solopreneur who has not had success hiring part-time developers in the past, so I tried WH. They always respond promptly and usually finish my smaller tasks within 1-2 days. Over the year that I've been using their help, they have made so many improvements, I am excited to see their evolution as a company!
