If I could give zero stars I would. They didn’t provide a contract for my audiobook which still isn’t done after 4 mos and was rejected for text to speech. They promised an article in New York weekly which was never done and still haven’t refunded my $1,100 for it. I paid for global distribution and they never did that, either. I filed a complaint with the CA attorney general’s office and will be hiring an attorney. They did a shoddy job editing my book then blamed me for it, too. Stay as far away from them as possible. They owe me almost $8,000 and are refusing to pay, are non-responsive, and are frauds!

Worst experience ever
I used this service. The had people posting things on my account that I did not approve. They made promises time and time again that they did not fulfill. They promised me a refund and never provided it. The took my money and never provided the promised services. Please do not work with this group. They are dishonest and just terrible to work with.

Publishing Done Right!
Working with Ben and Ryan at USA Book Promoters was an absolute gift throughout the publishing journey of my children’s book. From our very first conversation, they demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, patience, creativity, and genuine care for my vision as an author.
Ben and Ryan took the time to truly listen, not just to what I wanted to publish, but to why this story mattered. They treated my children’s book with the same level of excellence, intentionality, and respect one would expect for any major literary work. Every step of the process was clearly explained, thoughtfully executed, and guided with encouragement and expertise.
What stood out most was their responsiveness and collaboration. No question was too small, no concern dismissed. They were consistently accessible, communicative, and proactive, always one step ahead, anticipating needs and offering solutions before issues could arise. Their guidance helped transform what could have been an overwhelming process into a smooth, empowering, and even joyful experience.
As a first-time children’s book author, I felt supported, affirmed, and confident at every stage from concept to completion. Ben and Ryan didn’t just help me publish a book; they helped me believe in my work and its impact. Their integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are truly exceptional.
I wholeheartedly recommend USA Book Promoters, and especially Ben and Ryan, to any author seeking not only professional publishing services but a team that genuinely partners with you, champions your voice, and treats your story with care and honor. This was publishing done right.

Nathan and Ben were always responsive…
Nathan and Ben were always responsive and available to me. They worked through the edits and made it fairly simple.
Although, since this is the first time I have published and marketed, I didn't know what wasn't included in the project, i.e. website, SSL, publishing with top-tier publishers. These charges should have been disclosed up front.
