I have been paying for orthotics not covered by insurance for many years. As a nurse I am on my feet all day. I was hesitant to order through the website. The process was seamless and the orthotics are the exact replica of what I presently have for half the price. No adjustments were even needed. I just reordered another pair.

I really like the convenience of the at-home foot kit, and beyond that the ease of reordering because my information is saved. The discounts for reordering more than one pair are also great. At this point, I don’t even wear tennis shoes without the custom orthotics and I can feel a difference even if I go one day without them.

These insoles are great and provide much more comfort than the standard insoles. I started with one, and ending up buying 3 and have them in my primary work shoes, boots and athletic shoes.

I have just ordered another pair of orthotics from bilt labs. I have a problem with plantar fasciitis and these custom orthotics have solved the problem for me at a very reasonable price! I am a runner and completed a marathon in the “active” orthotics from bilt labs and had a great recovery. I have recommended these to everyone in my running club as well as some online running groups I am a part of.

I have been wearing my orthodics for at least a couple of years and I finally got fed up with having to move them to what ever shoes I was going to wear on a given day. So, I ordered two more pair which I just recieved today. I think that says more than I could say in words about how pleased I am with the product.

Not sure when I started getting orthotics from Urthotics,com now biltlabs.com. I was having problems with my feet and the foot doctor said my insurance did not cover orthotics, so I found this company and order the impression kit and ordered my first pair. Since that time I have reordered probably 8 pair. I have them in my running shoes, hunting boots, and my everyday shoes. For me I have to have these in my shoes or boots or my feet will start giving me problems or pain. I prefer to install and leave versus changing from one pair to another. I have tried both the active and high cushion. The active works best for me. Today I just ordered 2 more pair as I have new boots that I need them.
