UpUp CasinoReviews of upupcasino.com

So far Im lovin UpUp casino. Their game selection is great, they have some pretty good promos and the one time I needed Customer Support they were on point. They have a lot of high RTP games as well so that's another plus in my book. All in all I can honestly say this is a newer social casino that seemed to have all their ducks in a row before launching and that doesn't happen often.

denied my withdrawal for no reason. They tried to remove my review. This was the reason they gave me after my withdrawal was pending for a week and declined. "Our external compliance team detected abnormalities with your account and requested further checks which is why your redemption request was rejected". I asked what abnormalities and crickets. First redemption went through fine. Update: still not responding to my emails.

Update: ive been emailing the site and im still not getting any reply! 7 UpUp Casino is withholding my $400 payout. I provided my verification documents 5 days ago, and support has completely ignored my requests. Account needs manual verification immediately." If problem is resolved id gladly change my review. I did get me first 100 withdrawal just waiting on the 400.

Very sloth to respond will change review once they pay me my money
