It was a big pleasure to work with UPTOWN LOGO DESIGN TEAM, specially with Barry. Great communication, accessible and really dedicated professional. I strongly recommend UPTOWN LOGO and please ask for Barry.

Used Uptown for a Logo refresh after 15 years. Fast, reasonable price, attentive designers, good ideas. Recommend them w/o reservation. Kevin Catlin, Managing Partner, Insight Strategies, Inc.

I was in need of a logo for a Karate Dojo I was planning to open. I had no idea where to start and began my search on google. Now I looked and inquired on places like fiverr and upwork but I decided that the risk of hiring a freelancer wasn't going to cut it for this job. Not to mention the cost for multiple design concepts were usually more expensive from a freelancer. I stumbled upon Uptown logo design and decided to check them out. I prompted by a customer service agent, his name was Kevin, and we began to discuss my needs for my business. We narrowed down I needed a custom package that was suitable for my needs. Throughout this process, Kevin was knowledgeable and prepared the with right questions to ask that helped get things rolling on the design in. Over the next couple of days, I spoke with 2 other customer service agents and they were nothing but helpful when submitting revisions and completing revisions. They were very clear and didn't beat around the bush when offering other products. Overall my logo design was complete and it was better than I had imagined. From start to finish, to the customer service to the design team, this company is top notch and knows what they are doing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get their business started.

This company helped create an amazing logo for my personal training business. They asked me to describe my perfect logo and they created it for me ! I could not ask for more. The customer service was great... I will definitely come back when I start my next business venture ! Thanks

Excellent, working with Uptown Logo Designs was great. Thanks to their knowledge and determination, our designs looks great and they have assigned me a dedicated Account Manager Mike who i recommend anyone that is looking for a custom design to give a call and speak to them concerning it. They are always ready to guide you to the right direction and work with you till you will be happy and satisfied. Top Quality i have received so far.

I cannot fault the service I received. My logo concepts were turned around within a day and there was no problem with me wanting to make changes to it, these were also turned around in a day. The logo looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with it, especially considering the really low price. When I am ready to have a custom website designed I will definitely be back

Outstanding Job I have had nothing but GREAT client service. I have no reservations about recommending Uptown Logo Design to other nonprofits in my community. Their pricing is reasonable and their associates are always professional. You can expect great service with great quality designs.

I must appreciate the professional and streamlined mechanism that their team has set up to provide their design services. The account managers have a systematic approach and are very communicative and open to questions and queries. Beginning from the start of the proposal that I received that covered the scope, the portfolio and deliverables of the app project the process has been very formally documented professionally. The scope of work had few points missing though that I wanted incorporated in the app design. However, when I shared my concern with their team, they re-processed the proposal to add the additional features. They clearly provided me with a clear breakdown and summary of all charges that would be required to complete the project. They also provided a complete timeline for the entire project which of course was a little longer than I hoped for, however the work that had to be done was considerably more than I initially assumed, so thumbs up to that on their part. I like doing my stuff systematically and methodically and I am glad that I chose to work with them. Their team really has some good tech people on it who know their way around.
