THE EASE OF ORDERING

I was very interested in getting these. The way they send out the box for you to step into made it very easy to do. The insert themselves are very comfortable. There was a miscommunication with the company that delayed the inserts being made in a timley manner.

I was worried about having to have surgery on my knee. I decided to try the Upstep to see if I could gain some relief. Well, it was better than expected! I am on my feet all day and walk over 13,000 steps! What a relief!!

Great customer service. I like the insole quality but my fit is a little off.. probably user error. Other than that good product

Loved the arch support these provided. Unfortunately due to unsuccessful foot surgery, I have a large callous on the ball of my foot and these orthotics did not relieve the pain I experience. Would definitely recommend these for good arch support!

It took 2 tries, but Upstep was able to deliver orthotics with good support. Their service was fast and they listened to what I needed. I wear them every day.

Have had 2 pairs of orthodics for a period of a year. The first set had to be replaced due to pad separation w/in a 3 month period. Upstep replaced them within a couple of weeks w/o any issue. 2nd st was more robust and work very well. I use them all day - every day. Great company with good customer service

I was suffering from plantar facillitis fro 6 months and the dr kept advising new things and wanting me back for check ups. He eventually mentioned I may need custom orthotics. Before I went back to him to order I found upstep online bought 2 pairs for $300. I am able to walk and jog again!!! I can't say my feet are perfect but before I could barely walk or stand more than a short time without pain. I never went back to the podiatrist. It did take a few weeks from ordering till I actually received the orthotics.
