I thought this course was very informative - Mr. Mercer provided lots of supplemental information. However I did feel that the pace of the course was rushed and the organization was a bit confusing - it was difficult for me to understand the overall flow of the process. That being said, Mr.Mercer was very prepared and had great insight and I thought the course was very helpful!

Stephen is very knowledgeable and seems to know the information inside and out however, there is so much content to go over, some things are in no particular order but you are supposed to know these orders when taking the test, and there is alot,of redundancy which causes some confusion. All in all though, he provides alot of extra insight and helpful templates and materials.

Mr. Mercer provided experienced perspective and custom interludes into course content that gave broader context to the principles outlined in the course. Discussion around both actionable knowledge and test specifics give a balanced outcome to gaining necessary skills and ensuring preparation for test specifics. My only wish is that we had interactive practice tests to perform between class sessions, the provided pdf with answer key inline with the questions wasn't as beneficial as I'd hoped.

Stephen was very knowledgeable, kept the course on task and a good pace, and answered questions readily. course material seemed very broad and more in depth than what our company uses; some terminology difficult to grasp, understand, or correlate with what our industry uses. shouldn't have to sign in to google or facebook to 'save' the review

Steve Mercer did a GREAT job of presenting the material. I think that the adding a Q and A scheduled into the course would help. I want more dialog at the end of each section. I also think that adding a prompt to share contact information from the group to enable the study sessions would also help.

This course has been very helpful to me in providing me with insight on how to be a more effective project manager. Some information seemed pretty basic but the focus on budgets and estimating has been very helpful in understanding building contracts and forecasting for future projects.

Stephen Mercer is very knowledgeable and provided very helpful resources and tips to be successful in project management as well as the exam. 5 stars for material, but 4 stars overall as I had difficulty staying engaged the whole time.
