My experience with Upskills was great. They were always quick to respond to my questions and gave me all the information I needed. The instructor was very knowledgeable, however, I wish there was more coordination in the documents we were provided and what he was going over. Also, not sure if it would make more sense to categorize the training all about Agile, and then all about Predictive, instead of all mixed together. Either way, thank you!

Course instructor was Stephen Mercer. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and cares about the pass rates of his students. Overall and good online live experience with tons of information presented. I now know more of what to expect before going into my PMP cert test.

Class instructor was Stephen Mercer. The pace was very good and the instructor answered questions when they were posted in the chat. He appeared to have the students' interests at heart to provide very detailed info on test strategies in order to pass the Cert exam.

Stephen Mercer was a good instructor and the content was good as well. His edits to the slides provided to him by the content provider (and approved by PMI) plus the instructor companion slides were helpful. The only downside is this class is supposed to fulfill the 35 hour training and we've spent on average 5 contact hours daily in class (9-3pm CT with 1 hr lunch), so 20 contact hours. The class was supposed to run until 5pm CT. I don't feel the mock tests we are given to take after the content for the day makes us the rest of contact hours. I would have preferred additional hours in class to further dig into the content deeper than is on the slides. It is a summary course based upon the ECO and doesn't cover project management basics such as the five process groups.

The powerpoint slides are helpful and I think they will be a great study resource. I wish we spent more time with practice questions and overcoming the trickiness of the wording. Overall though each day I learned more and more so I feel the motivation to keep learning.

Stephen Mercer did an excellent job of presenting, explaining, and engaging the class into the PMP materials. He has real world experience that translates well into his teachings.

Stephen Mercer is a great instructor and kept a great pace with all of the information. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in their PMP certification.
