It's a decent service, I've used it for a couple of years now, but I probably won't renew my premium subscription anymore. There are too many broken hosters with no estimated return date, and when there's no return date you can bet it's gonna take a long time to fix. There are hosters that have been broken for more than a year. Service is simply getting worse. Download limits getting lower, hosters breaking and zero improvements. It's a shame

Hosters don't work, failed to retrieve link that is online and working. Allotment used up so you can't even generate the link. Many many errors after error with no response. They do not respond to 100% of their tickets. I'll be sure to never purchase another premium from them, ever again.

I made a review some months back in the hope something would improve. I retried today again and found out nothing changed. I also saw their reply complaining about my "threat" to review and sharing my experiences with others. Not sure how the a legitimate review like this can be a threat? The fact is that their downloads are non re-sumable. The fact is that their downloads keep stalling. The fact is that using jdownloader makes no difference. They also still have the unfair policy that generating and download must be the same IP, which makes it impossible to refresh the connection. The fact is that I wasted time and bandwidth again today. So my questions are 1) why the stalling? 2) why non-resumable? 3) why same IP rule? 4) why no improvement despite your knowledge? I also have NEVER EVER received a response on my original help tickets. UPDATE: Their reply to this review mainly focuses on self-praising and does not explain WHY their downloads stall and there is little understanding for the free user going through all their ads, having wasted time and bandwidth and end up with no file downloaded at all. They seem so worried about abuse that they do not see their own abuse. So 1 star is not actually deserved for NO service and NO excuse and NO improvements but the minimum to chose for the lowest possible rating. Luckily there are far better alternatives!

Hello again! We're always improving our services, and that's why so many customers continue to purchase. Resumable downloads are a feature for premium users. The same IP policy applies only to non-premium users; this policy is to prevent abuse and excessive resource usage. You mentioned there were no responses to the original ticket, but we respond to 100% of our tickets.
The downloads stall several times and are not resumable. Download speeds are mostly slow (around 300 kb/sec. Disappointing and useless

Dear JJ, Our system has flagged your review as highly suspicious due to the following: 1. **Duplicate Behavior & False Claims** - Your review closely matches another 1-star rating posted **11 days prior** by a user named **Chris** (also from ZA), who: - Used identical wording (*"useless," "downloads stall," "non-resumable"*). - Threatened to *"spread the news on social media"* in their support ticket (#ZZ2-QAY-TN35). - Our fraud detection tools indicate this is likely the same person circumventing Trustpilot’s policies. 2. **Proof of Bad Faith** - **Chris’s original ticket** included threats and ignored our reply (responded to in **2h 24m**): [Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/rPI27pWkGsZj). - **Statistically improbable**: Our site averages **one review per year per user**—yet two nearly identical ZA-based 1-star reviews appeared in 11 days. 3. **Free vs. Premium Realities** - **Free-tier downloads** depend on third-party hosters (speed/resumability limitations are beyond our control). - **Premium users** get direct, high-speed, resumable links—issues you describe are resolved by upgrading. **To Trustpilot & Future Readers**: We welcome fair criticism but must expose fraudulent reviews that violate guidelines. This user: - Ignored our support team. - Evaded detection by creating a second account. - Admitted intent to harm our reputation (*"spread the news"*). We’ve reported this to Trustpilot’s integrity team and encourage them to investigate. **Legitimate users**: Contact us with *specifics* (error screenshots, URLs) so we can help. Free-tier limits are clearly stated on our site. Best regards, **UploadedPremiumLink.net Trust & Safety Team**
I was able to download most of the files I wanted using premium access however, the file limits for daily usage didn't add up. It said for one particular host x amount of files as the daily limit and I hadn't even downloaded a third of that when it said my daily limit for the host had been exceeded. That was the only issue so be aware that could happen if you purchase premium access.

"Hi Nice Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating the daily limit issue can be. The limitation you're experiencing is likely due to restrictions imposed by the hosters on our premium accounts, rather than any usage limits from our service. Please know that we are actively exploring ways to add more premium traffic to minimize these temporary interruptions and improve your experience. We are committed to delivering the best service possible and will continue working on solutions. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help! Thank you again for your understanding and patience. Best regards, UploadedPremiumLink.net Admin

In the free version of our generator, the download file link is released after displaying ads from 5 partner url shorteners. If the ad page is not working correctly, please contact us so that we can look into the situation and remove the site responsible for displaying such a broken page or request correction from them.
