upigateway.com has 3rd class customer…
upigateway.com has 3rd class customer support. Full Of arrogance and rude. I was using them to collect UPI payment on one of my website. After upgrading their woocommerce plugin, my site crashed and it was showing fatal error due to their plugin. I called their support, they told me to send whatsapp message, when i sent, on whatsapp they told me to send email, i sent email then after 1 day they replied and asked me the list of plugins i am using and error msg, i sent them everything and they gone silent for 3 days, I followed up through email if there is any update and got no reply. Moreover when i called again on 3 day they did not pick my calls. Actually in the name of custmer care, they have only one person. They don't have any team and there is no value of customers for them. They took money in advance and then do not care after that. So think twice before opting for their service. Really pathetic.
