Beverly was so fantastic. I know insurance companies don't usually get good reviews, but Universal really does go above and beyond. Beverly was so calm and collected - awesome!!

Adayshia, the rep I spoke with on phone, solved my problem in record time without transferring me or losing me. Their App, of course, was as worthless as all the customer service Apps I waste time on before calling, but I only gave it a chance because it was too early to call. The info it gave was confusing (I'm a math. physicist), disturbing, and wrong. Just call. Calling shortly after they open seems to be a good strategy to avoid waiting.

I called Universal and had a few questions about my policy coverages, amendments to my policy and payment information. I spoke to Derwin McCarthy, and he was able to answer all of my question about coverages and changes to my policy, payment options, and some questions about flooding scenarios. Great agent, very personable, and professional!

This is my 4th year with Universal Property for my Condo and so far every year my rates lower. Customer service is really knowledgeable and it is always a pleasure speaking with them when I need to contact the company.
