Very bad customer service and no technician on duty
I delivered my right ear Truhearing hearing aid to this office 11/28/23 for warranty repairs. The repair is done and the hearing aid was delivered to this place December 26 at 12:41 P.M. Their agent called me 12/28 by noon 2 days after they received my hearing aid and told me they closed Friday 12/28/23 and the earliest appt available is 1/2/24. I want a 2:15 PM appt and was advised not available,Only 2:30Pm available. I went to this office 2:20 , there is no patient there. The Lady gave me the repaired hearing aid are not able to provide any services to my left hearing aid. There was no technician on duty.
