I placed an order through this company and there was a bit of a mishap. In that I reached out to the company and customer service and they offered a nice resolution to my problem and for that I am giving 5 stars. Sometimes things happen it just depends on the company if anything gets done and these folks are the company that will try their best to make things right!

There was a small problem with the order and the company am in particular representative. Clarissa fixed it immediately. I couldn’t recommend her service and her company service more. I will try and deal with them again.

Well I was upset that I thought they were trying to drop me but it turns out I had the wrong impression of the product. They responded promptly and offered a 30% refund for any inconvenience I might have had. The product is great and costumer service was awesome. I would recommend this company to evetybody

Unbindgear customer support team have shown a great deal of proffesionalism with my case. They appear to be the retailer of items for varying product manufacturers who themselves make "fantastical claims" of their own products qualities, "Luxblaze" being one of them. Though such claims should be checked & verified by the retailer or their agent, I can hope that this would be the case in future for the marketing team. Customer support itself can be respected for their assist with such matters.

What made the experience so great was I thought I lost 60 bucks to my surprise your team was very responsive as well as the post office actually -both reassuring me that it was going to be OK so long as was patient and persisted with investigating then finding the guilty party isn't as important as "Doing the right thing" and Unbindgear did exactly that. All's well that ends well as the saying goes, and your shipping me a brand new lighter at no cost to me the buyer really made things special so thank you guys, really! Cheers, Avnaim
