We appreciate you taking the time to share both the positive and challenging parts of your experience, Deb. We're pleased we were able to quickly assist with updating your order and processing the credit. We're sorry to hear the solar charging pack has not performed as expected and that the instructions were difficult to follow. That is not the experience we want for our customers. We'd like the opportunity to review this further and help determine whether the issue is related to the product, its operation, or if a replacement or other resolution is appropriate. At your convenience, please reply with your order number and the best contact information so our support team can review your purchase and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are sorry to learn about the issue you experienced with the extra battery. We recognize how frustrating it can be when an accessory does not function as expected. After reviewing the matter, we found that the purchase was made more than six months ago, which places it outside our warranty and support coverage period. As a result, we are unable to provide a replacement battery or offer compensation, including courtesy accommodations. While we understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, our policies are in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers. We value your business and regret any disappointment this situation has caused.

Hi Dylan, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand the frustration caused by receiving an incomplete order and the concerns that followed during the support process. This is not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers. As discussed with our team yesterday, a full refund has been issued for your order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take several business days to appear back in your account. We take customer feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our team remains committed to reviewing and improving both our communication and customer support experience to ensure issues are handled more clearly and effectively moving forward.
