Decent Quality but Some Inconsistencies
I recently ordered a leather jacket from Ultimo Fashions and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the jacket quality was quite good. The material felt genuine and well-made, and the overall look matched what was shown on the website. Packaging was also neat, and delivery time was reasonable. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. Sizing seems inconsistent, and I’ve seen cases where customers received incorrect sizes, which can be frustrating. This is something the company should definitely address to improve customer satisfaction. Overall, Ultimo Fashions has potential, especially in terms of product quality, but they need to work on consistency in order fulfillment and customer service to build stronger trust.
