Huge thanks to Doug at Ultimate9 for the outstanding customer service. I had a faulty throttle controller, and Doug offered to replace it free of charge as a goodwill gesture. He made the whole process incredibly easy and was helpful and straightforward throughout. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help. Doug is a credit to Ultimate9, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I have been using many Throttle Controllers, most of which have the same features. Ultimate 9 evcX is by far the best!!! > Easy install - Plug and play > Simple and effective iPhone app > The Adapt Feature is the best!! > The small form factor is excellent! > They have the best support!
