I purchased ukeysoft a couple years ago, and recently it stopped working. I thought that was it but I contacted customer service and was blown away by their persistence in helping me. We emailed back and forth several times, they followed up with me until my issue was solved and it was working for me again. Excellent customer service and overall a fantastic software to use, I Highly recommend.

Had purchased license for 3.2.5 version six months back. When tried to shift to new PC (Windows through Parallels Desktop on Mac), it was upgraded to 4.5.2. However, somehow was not able to add music to convert. So downloaded earlier version again, but then there was problem with the key, which said maximum installations over. So I contacted support and Steven provided with a fresh key, which worked. Furthermore, I checked whether I can use the same key for Mac version 4.5.2, to which he provided the right key again. This has now resolved my problem completely, as I have latest version on my Mac now and don't have to use the earlier version. Three cheers for support Steven!

After replacing the motherboard, it flew out of the account. The support team promptly responded to my request and sent a new key. Now everything is working, thank them very much! I actively use this service, because there are no analogues. You are the best!

I really enjoy the use of Ukeysoft. It's easy, cheap and efficient. But the most important is the support. I've changed twice my computer and each time, they provided me a new licence for free, within 24 hour. I strongly recommend it.
