Worst service in the entire spectrum
Worst service in the entire spectrum! Phones fouled up for 2 weeks. Now have no land line or cell. 93 years old and no way to contact emergency services! And Spectrum, with it's millions of dollars and expertise can't fix the problem. Hours spent on phones with them until service went completely out! I pay almost $300 for Spectrum service plus $30 for cell service I don't have. Why can't all those darned geniuses figure it out? HELP!!

We’re very sorry to hear about this, especially given how critical phone access is for emergencies. We understand how upsetting this must be. To clarify, we’re not Spectrum and don’t manage their services. We’re an independent comparison platform. However, we can raise this concern with Spectrum on your behalf and flag it as urgent. Please reach out to us directly at our toll free number (844) 413-8999 with your service details and an alternate contact method, and we’ll do our best to escalate and help resolve this.
