Been a customer since 2015. Prior to the pandemic , which by the way has increase their business they were Great..Now that they have got a taste of volume.Pays out by check take a week minimum, and they won't accept Visa credit and debit cards. VISA is notorious for having high fees..Professionals would have sent out an email to their so called VIPs and told their customers we don't accept Visa ..No big deal, but you cost yourselves a lot of money..I wont run down to seven eleven to Pay near me like I would transfer out of my bank..

Hi Kelly, I'm very sorry to hear about your poor experience. Unfortunately there have been significant mail delays in the past few months and checks have been taking longer than usual to arrive. We have many other withdrawal options, some of which take only a day. I've included a link where you can find these options at the bottom of this message. Regarding the email you received about VISA; this was actually for our prepaid card partner, Sightline. Some banks, including banks that have worked with us previously, will not allow you to make deposits with online wagering companies, and using the TVG prepaid card from Sightline previously allowed players to bypass this block. Unfortunately Sightline is narrowing this loophole and many players will no longer be able to use their Visa cards with them. If the Visa card that you have been using is attached to a checking account you can deposit to TVG using the "eCheck" option, which is totally fee free, as well as allowing for withdrawals directly into your checking account. Again I'm very sorry to hear about your poor experience, please reach out to customer service with the "message us" button in either of the links below if there's anything we can do to assist you.
