Hi Fet, We attempted to gather some contact info from you so we could help get in touch and understand the details of your issue. TVG occasionally needs to verify customers' accounts and details for various issues as we are required too, and we want to be able to assists you as best we can. We do recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team again and seeing if there was some confusion with what you are describing here, since what you've said here is not our intent or goal with any customers' experience.
Their website is often slow to respond, specifically frequent lags. I've reported it via their messaging and feel that the complaint was brushed off. A note to TVG - please don't respond by telling me to report the issue - again. I did and that is just a feeble attempt to provide the illusion that the problem is on my end. You know you have a bandwidth/web server resource issue. Not an attempt to brag, but instead, a measure to avoid deflection..... I possess a M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in NYC. Also, possess a plethora of relevant Information Technology certifications. To that point, I'm certain the lag issue is not with my home setup. Have 1GB fiber right into my home, am on a hard-wired Windows 10 desktop with an i7 processor and 128GB RAM. Same lag with Edge Chromium, Google Chrome and Firefox. Update - need proof on website issues? Today is Derby day and the website is totally inoperative. How pathetic not to prepare infrastructure for such a big day.

Hi Anthony, We attempted to gather some contact details but were unable to get in touch with you. We’re sorry you felt brushed off in your chat with us since that’s not our intent. To answer you here, we take site issues very seriously. Anything our Customer Service team hears about is absolutely heard loud and clear, and it's then reported to the proper teams. As web development and services can be a complex discussion, the only thing we can say here is that it's best when customers report issues when they see them so we can investigate them as they happen, regardless of your device’s specs or certifications.
Site takes a little getting used to. Would be nice if there was a tutorial explaining all the features and how to use them.

I wasn't happy with your Derby promo. Said my win bet was risk free, I signed up a few days early made a few bets to get use to the process. Made 2 dollar bets, then the derby came along I bet a 100 dollars on a horse to win in the derby assuming it was risk free, only to be disappointed. I should have joined twin spires. I guess. Contacted customer service, they explained I'm out of luck.i would never bet 100 dollars on a single horse, unless risk free. I would like to acknowledge TvG contacted me and after this post and showed their concern with my issue. It was very insuring what was discussed, and what had transpired. I was very surprised how TVG contacted me very quickly and rectified this issue. It is quite obvious TVG was the right betting platform for me. Thanks TVG, I am a fan, and will continue to use the services u provide.

Updating last review: I was able to finally withdraw from my account. What would be helpful is if the website informed the user that the tag debit card would take time to process. Placing bets on TVG is quite easy, the difficulty occurs when you try to collect your winnings. I got a tvg prepaid Discover card in order to collect my winnings. I was able to activate the card through the credit card company and of course it has a zero balance. When I try to use the card on the account the TVG app will not let me add the card without making a deposit. If I try to withdraw funds I can't because the card has not been added to the account. Hopefully someone at TVG will see this and the other emails I've sent them and call me to help. The customer service links suck and are almost insulting.

Experiencd many issues trying to sign on to my account. Email and chat support trying to reset were worthless. Spent about 1.5 hours troubleshooting. Also my balance was reported as zero in one place and $1.50 in another. No longer can you view live streaming of races at website. No phone tech support. They use Covid as an excuse. I strongly recommend XpressBet instead. They have really improved in recent years and now have a very comprehensive and user friendly website.
