Tura RenovationReviews of turarenovation.com

Very disappointed. It took me 10 days just to reach someone at the company to schedule an estimate! By then, I had already received estimates from three other companies. Even so, I decided to wait for Tura’s appointment, which was scheduled two weeks later, because of the company’s positive reviews. Unfortunately, this decision gave us nothing but a disruption to our remodeling timeline. On the day of the scheduled appointment—no one showed up. No call, no message, nothing. I left a voicemail after the missed appointment, but no one has followed up or even offered an apology. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. So, all this additional wait time was just wasted – now we are unlikely to finish everything before the start of the school year, as we had originally planned. Based on the lack of communication and reliability, I can’t recommend this company.

Easily vetted and good subs when used(minimally), and they do a majority of the work themselves with in-house, awesome craftsmen. Seamless management of the project and lots of great communication throughout our project.

Hard working, clean, professional guys brought our dream kitchen to life. Thanks for taking care of us throughout the whole process.

The guys at Tura were awesome to work with! Everyone was pleasant, easy to talk to, and happy to clearly answer out questions too. They helped up stick within our budget expectations(except for some changes we wanted!), and got everything done perfectly. Will recommend to all our friends, thanks again!

I loved Tura's transparency when it came to choice, prices, and build time. They helped us a ton with choosing an amazing design that stayed within our budget. And they have such great quality work and attention to detail!
