TTI Floor Care of America located in…
TTI Floor Care of America located in South Caroline is a very DISHONEST company. They sell Hoover products. Unfortunately, I bought a Hoover Pet Wash Shampooer in October 2020 and returned in quickly. TTI Floor Care received it back on 11/12/20. I called many times and emailed as well. Finally, I was told it would take six weeks to receive my money back. This is not acceptable to me. Therefore, I submitted complaints to all the appropriate governmental agencies regarding this fraudulent company that keeps people's money to run their operation.
