Order processing
My first order was very frustrating and I bought the package and only received an email that my order was received and didn't get any other emails, I waited about a week before calling SNOW to inquire about my order. They were very friendly and the order and said it had been shipped out but got lost in the mail. They were very nice to get another order sent out to me right away. I then started getting emails regarding my order and the status of my order. So if you only get a "received order email" make sure to follow up with snow and make sure your order gets processed correctly.

Black Friday Sale but didn’t get a buy one get one as advertised
Shipped fast, but I did the buy one get one free Black Friday sale and only got one of the Snow devices in the shipment but a ton of toothpaste ☹️. I’m excited to use it, but the other was a gift for my daughter.
