Quick refund, so polite, thanks Europe!

I appreciate the support and guidance with installing the Pure Stream and acclimating my cats. All 3 have been readily drinking from it. I have one who loved the previous fountain and he seems completely comfortable with this new idea.

Had an issue with the machine, it was a fault and they sent me another one immediately without complicating the process. Answered really quickly too. Great service and great machines

It took a few cycles for the discharge valve to fully seat and seal but once it is working well it is great

Shipment took a little longer because of the high demand, but my products arrived in a reasonable time and in good condition! When installing I had one problem not getting the red light to go off, but the problem was answered in the manual. Thankful they thought of everything!

I love how easy it is to use and convenient and just all around easier to use. It didn't take long to be delivered besides it being expensive but I would do it again in heartbeat cause it's worth the money and every cat parent I hear I try my best to show and tell them about this fountain it's worth the price

The first one I purchased didn’t work correctly. They replaced it and gave me a discount and all is well. So far so good. It’s nice to have a clean water for my cats.

The water fountain is amazing, and I am hopeful that our cat will begin drinking from it in a few days. It is so nice to have to navigate using filters. I had some questions and emailed the company. Their customer service team was outstanding. They were responsive and thorough in their answers. I am so impressed and will recommend them to anyone!
