I had a defective product, which was a 3 in 1 back massager, after one use it didn't work anymore. I fully cooperated with company, video involved on the problem. Now they won't refund my money. They want me to send it back at my expense.

It did not work right out of the package. The company is not giving me my money back so the "100% money back guarantee" is fraud. It also takes far longer to arrive than promised, FAR longer!
