Vikki was so helpful and professional! Vikki did a wonderful job of guiding me through the interview process and offered helpful insights into each stage of the interview process. She had the perfect balance of availability - helpful when I needed it, but without being overbearing. It's hard to do as a recruiter!

The people are what made this experience great. Communication was always clear and responsive. My contact Vikki was especially helpful and always felt like a trusted partner through the process. I'd highly recommend!

Thank you so much for choosing us! We are glad we managed to place you at an amazing team! Good luck in your journey!
TrustyRecruit is one of my favorite recruiters I have worked with --- the companies they are recruiting on behalf of are exceptional / top companies that I was hoping to enter the process for. Vikki and Olena, however, are the best parts of TrustyRecruit. I joined every interview feeling like I had an advantage given how thorough their company summaries are; I truly felt prepared thanks to both of them, and they followed up and advocated for me along the way. If you are in the market for a job, you are missing out by not working with them.

Thank you, staying in their corner through the process, is exactly what we set out to do. Really glad it made a difference for you. — Vikki, TrustyRecruit
Vikki and Olena kept things moving fast. They shared clear compensation ranges upfront, didn't make me chase details on scope or level, and followed up consistently without being pushy. I didn't end up placing through them, but the process itself was smooth and respectful of my time throughout my search.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that you found the process fast, clear, and transparent. Providing upfront information about compensation, role scope, and expectations, while keeping communication timely and respectful, is something we take great pride in. Although the timing ultimately meant you accepted another opportunity before we reached the finish line together, we're grateful we had the chance to work with you. Thank you for your kind words about us, and we wish you every success in your new role. We hope our paths cross again in the future.
