Hi the experience was so and so. The price was different from the reservation. Originally was 1.070$ and finally increase from 83$. But anyway thanks for your help.

Sid was helpful. He turned my negative experience around. My flight had been cancelled without my knowledge and I was told the same flight would cost now twice as much just two days after booking. I felt discouraged and very upset with the company. I was given a new option, which is still more expensive by about $45 and that is awful. But, that is not Sid's fault. It would be great to get a credit for a future flight for my troubles though.
