trulyart.comReviews of trulyart.com

I have received an art print. Nothing like the art online. Charged £25 postage to which they told me the shipping company had scammed me despite the shipping cost added to my amount when checking out.(I assumed it was coming from USA)but in fact it was a uk address. Struggling to get any realistic feedback. Do not touch them

I received a frame that was totally different than the frame pictured. Absolutely no response from them via email or phone when trying to return it. One of their support emails bounces back. Currently disputing the charge through my credit card company.

I ordered a painting and it never arrived. A few days later I received an email from them. Th email said your order has been cancelled. That's it. I emailed them as to why the cancellation. They sent me an email that they could not sell for the advertised price. No honor. Stay away.
