This company is a fraud. I bought a domain few days ago and it was flagged as suspicious. I don't even own a website so how will a domain name conduct scam activities. They also refused to refund me. Now I don't have my money nor the domain. I absolutely don't recommend these scammers.

you can pay webhosting service for one year and get banned within 12hrs even without hosting any website. you can pay for domian name and it takes 2-3 weeks before the nameserver get configured. and even when u manage to host a webapp or website in less than 24hrs ur account is banned

Do not trust this Truehost company, they charge money and do not provide any services at all. I have spent hours, days, night to get my domain registered and failed. they use Ai assistant, and it tells you that the problem is being solved but it is simply not true, nothing stands behind those words.

Here is my experience with TrueHost. I bought this server, which never worked for one, even powering a simple HTML site is a big war. I tried reaching out to the support team to no avail, and they refused to issue a refund to me. Now my website is down for some hours. I have called the customer care all didn't respond and didn't return the call. Please, for now, I strongly do not recommend TrueHost for any hosting purposes

We understand this is an AI era. AI should be used only when it helps. I have wasted six hours talking to a system that does not understand the issue. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Customer care used to work. Now its useless.

I attempted to register a 3-letter .ke domain (myc.ke) through Truehost. Their website showed a price of 3,000 KES, I completed checkout, was invoiced (including VAT and an AutoPay discount), and received confirmation that the registration was in progress. Only afterward did Truehost and the .ke registry (KeNIC) claim the name was a “reserved premium” domain with a vastly higher reserve price. Instead of honoring the completed transaction or clearly explaining the situation up front, Truehost eventually processed a refund **without my request or consent** and I lost the domain. The core issues for me were: - No clear premium pricing warning before payment. - Acceptance of payment and issuance of an invoice as if everything was normal. - Conflicting communication about whether the domain would be activated. - A unilateral refund that effectively cancelled the deal after I had relied on their system and confirmations. I ended up wasting time and losing the opportunity to secure the name, despite doing everything correctly as a customer. I cannot recommend Truehost for domain registrations, especially for anything important or time-sensitive.

Absolutely the worst tech support imaginable. Last night they wiped out my entire email account, and it is not retrievable. Unbelievable. I've been with them since March and they are nothing but problems. I'm now switching to a US-based host.
